Now children in Rheinstetten are also happy with their wooly socks for the new kindergarten. The ISOQUICK team recently installed the Insulated Raft for the new building in passive house standard. In close teamwork with architect and structural engineer a cost effective and high quality solution was implemented. From preliminary consultance through to its installation ISOQUICK has accompanied the entire project. Everything from one source!

"House of Energy" is a multi-functional office building in passive house plus standard in Kaufbeuren. Nine offices will be used by AIROPTIMA, diethermographen and other companies out of architecture, electrical engineering, building services, structural engineering, geothermal energy and insurance. Also integrated will be a variable usable training and presentation room and a cafe for our customers and guests.
Soon construction work will start and the first component will be - The Insulated Raft -!

First Insulated Raft to be installed in permanent ground-water!
To create a highly energy efficient building, with a basement, next to the water front at Lake Constance Isoquick was installed in permanent ground water for the first time this week. Installed on perfectly level concrete blinding layer (grey) and membrane (white) the thermal insulation is now left “high and dry”.

The first passive house on Fyn, Denmark is also the first time ISOQUICK - The Insulated Raft - is installed in Denmark. All details for a cold-bridge free construction were discussed before so that within a day - The Insulated Raft - could be installed and concreted.
In cooperation with Sand Energi a site day was organized and interested parties were able to see on site the benefits of the system.

While the Swiss celebrated their historic 1-0 victory over Spain at the World Cup, an ISOQUICK team laid the foundation for another house in the passive house standard. The Isoquick-Insulated Raft with an insulation strength of 25 cm is now ready for installing reinforcement and concreting.

Last week ISOQUICK installed The Insulated Raft for a solar house in Uedem. Thanks to the professional preparation the entire Insulated Raft was installed within a few hours for the house and conservatory.
Also for the solar house in Hasselt works started on the same day. Meanwhile, the floor slabs are concreted and the brickwork is progressing.

In Frankfurt at 3 different locations new changing rooms in the highly ienergy efficient building standard occur. With installation of ISOQUICK - The Insulated Raft - now the cornerstone for the first one was laid. After initial hurdles have been taken in earthwork, the insulated raft was installed within hours.

ISOQUICK installing in France for the first time
A more beautiful end of the year could not have been imagined. An ISOQUICK Insulated Raft in the snow of French Alps on Lake Geneva. Following Ireland to be supplied with ISOQUICK for the first time this year, now France joins in purchasing from Germany.
Because the cold garage is included in the building, under the load bearing garagewalls insulation is installed, too. This avoids different settings between garage and residential area.

190m² Insulated Raft for a masonary building
Ireland weather was at its best last week and also at its wettest. Thursdays was not thinking of an installation, as gusts of wind and rain made work impossible. On Fridays, however, brilliant sunshine and the installation was in the usual manner within 4.5 h done. Special was the cold porch, standing for structural reasons on the ISOQUICK Insulated Raft. Consistently it was thermally separated anyway. Everything already prefabricated.

The children of St. Nicholas Elementary School enjoy warm socks for their new gym!
Again ISOQUICK team demonstrated that the highest quality can be achieved on site with the least cost . Within 8 hours The Insulated Raft was installed for a new Passive House gym in Issum. Including 120.5 meters Edge-Modules, unload the trucks and the compulsary cleanup of the site. All packing and leftovers were properly disposed by ISOQUICK!

It has recently been started in Cologne-Müngersdorf to build a sports hall in the passive house standard. First typical element of this building standard was the ISOQUICK Insulated Raft. Within 1.5 days, the entire insulation was installed. Particular attention was paid to the connection to the existing buildings and the insulation of bucket foundations.

Österreich-Haus für Olympia 2010 geht auf Reisen

ISOQUICK legt die Grundlage für das Vorzeigeobjekt!
Seit 2 Wochen liegt die ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne in Whistler bereit, die Bodenplatte ist betoniert und nun geht auch die Gebäudehülle des Österreich-Hauses auf die Reise nach Kanada. Am 23. Juli 2009 trat das Passivhaus seine Reise zum nordamerikanischen Kontinent an. Mit einem Festakt haben die Betreiberfirmen der Austrian Passivehouse Group (APG) das österreichische Vorzeigeprojekt in Sachen Energieeffizienz offiziell verabschiedet. Nach etwa vier Wochen Vorfertigung wurden nun die Gebäudehülle sowie die Haustechnik des Passivhauses bei Sohm Holzbautechnik in Alberschwende in Vorarlberg in insgesamt sechs Container verladen. Ende August sollen die Container die Baustelle erreichen!

170m² ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne für das Österreich-Haus
Nun ist der Startschuss für das Österreich-Haus im Passivhaus Standard gefallen! Mit der ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne ist die erste Passivhaus-Komponente eingebaut. Das Österreich-Haus in Whistler, dem Austragungsort der alpinen und nordischen Wettkämpfe während der 21. Olympischen Winterspiele in Vancouver/Kanada, ist nicht irgendein Passivhaus. Das Österreich-Haus ist traditionell beliebter Treffpunkt für Politik, Wirtschaft, Sport und Medien aus aller Welt. Auf 250 Quadratmeter bildet das gesellschaftliche Ereignis eine ebenso zentrale Rolle wie die aktuelle ORF-Berichterstattung aus dem Österreich-Haus, in dem auch das Sendestudio untergebracht ist.

KiTa Haar 2.Teil

Erdgeschoss-Bodenwanne mit weiteren 580 m²
Mit dem Betonieren der EG-Bodenwanne sind nun die Betonarbeiten für die KiTa in der Dianastrasse abgeschlossen. Der Rohbau in Holzbauweise kann nun aufgestellt werden. Nach der aufwendigen KG-Bodenwanne hatte auch das EG eine Besonderheit zu verzeichnen. Hier wurde ein Höhenunterschied von 10 cm in der Betonplatte wärmebrückenfrei ausgeführt.

KiTa Haar im Passivhaus-Standard

420m² Kellerbodenwanne an einem Tag eingebaut!
Zur Zeit entsteht in Haar bei München eine Kindertagesstätte im Passivhaus-Standard. Vor kurzem wurde die ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne für das Kellergeschoss eingebaut. Durch viele außenliegende, ungedämmte Einzelfundamente und den nicht rechtwinkligen Grundriß ergab sich eine komplizierte Geometrie. Zudem wurden im Bereich des Aufzugschachtes und des Hebeanlagenschachtes zusätzliche Mini-Bodenwannen in zweiter Ebene eingebaut. "Damit ist ein weiterer Schritt zur Umsetzung unserer Klimaziele getan. Mit besserer Dämmung und Nachrüstung auf moderne Technik wird der Energieverbrauch von Gebäuden um durchschnittlich 30 Prozent gesenkt. Das ist ein guter Tag für den Klimaschutz und gibt einen zusätzlichen Schub für das energieeffiziente Bauen in Deutschland", sagte Bundesbauminister Wolfgang Tiefensee. "Mit der staatlichen Förderung für energieeffizientes Bauen, die wir gleichzeitig aufgestockt haben, rentieren sich die Investitionen auch wirtschaftlich. Damit haben die Menschen komfortablere Wohnungen und niedrigere Heizkostenrechnungen."

First Perimeter-Bodenwanne installed in Letterkenny, Ireland! Einbau der ersten Perimeter-Bodenwanne in Letterkenny, Irland!
For a private Passive House project ISOQUICK provided a 15 cm thick thermal insulation. Together with an ISOQUICK instructor 192 m² were installed in 4h. This special kind of thermal insulation is used for applications involving stresses due to compression and moisture. Für ein privates Passivhaus Projekt lieferte ISOQUICK eine 15 cm dicke Wärmedämmung. Innerhalb von 4 h wurden unter Anleitung eines ISOQUICK Richtmeisters 192 m² verlegt. Diese spezielle Wärmedämmung wird bei Anwendungen, die besonderen Druck- und Feuchtebeanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind, eingesetzt.

Passivhaus Sporthalle in Mainz Kostheim

ISOQUICK verlegt 750m² an einem Tag
In Mainz Kostheim baut die Stadt Wiesbaden zur Zeit eine 1-Feld Sporthalle im Passivhaus-Standard. Auch bei diesem Projekt macht das ISOQUICK System seinem Namen alle Ehre. Innerhalb von 8 Arbeitsstunden wurden 750 m² einschließlich der 106 m Rand-Abstellung montiert.

Im Forschungszentrum Jülich wurde der Neubau der German Research School auf eine ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne gegründet. Der gesamte Schulbau wird im Passivhaus-Standard erstellt. Sowohl statische Bodenplattenverstärkungen als auch besondere Dämmelemente für die Versorgungschächte wurden hier verwirlkicht.

Als z.Zt. einzige Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung, erlaubt die ISOQUICK Zulassung eine Schubbeanspruchung der Dämmlage. So können ohne weitere Maßnahmen horizontale Lasten sicher über die Dämmlage abgetragen werden.

Sporthalle im Passivhaus-Standard

740m² ISOQUICK Perimeter-Bodenwanne
In Düsseldorf-Lohausen entsteht zur Zeit eine Sporthalle im Passivhaus-Standard. Anfang der Woche wurde mit den Dämmarbeiten für die Bodenplatte begonnen. Innerhalb von 1,5 Tagen wurde die 740m² große Perimeter-Bodenwanne in einer Stärke von 20cm verlegt.

Die internationale Passivhaustagung ist der eingeführte Treffpunkt für den Gedankenaustausch zwischen Architekten, Planern, Entwicklern, Bauträgern und der Wissenschaft. Gemäß der Tradition der Konferenzen wechselt jährlich der Veranstaltungsort. Im Jahr 2008 laden wir nach Nürnberg (Franken / Deutschland) ein. Das Passivhaus soll Standard werden!!!

In der Entschließung vom 31. Januar 2008 zu dem Thema "Aktionsplan für Energieeffizienz: Das Potenzial ausschöpfen" fordert das Europäische Parlament die Kommission auf, als verbindliche Bestimmung vorzuschlagen, dass alle neuen Gebäude, die Heizung und/oder Kühlung benötigen, ab 2011 nach Normen für Passivhäuser oder gleichwertigen Normen für Nichtwohngebäude gebaut werden müssen, und eine Bestimmung vorzuschlagen, wonach ab 2008 Lösungen für passive Heizung und Kühlung verwendet werden müssen; Quelle: www.oekoreferat.de

Bundesbauminister Wolfgang Tiefensee hat heute in Berlin den bundesweit ersten CO2-Gebäudereport vorgestellt. Fazit: Energieeffizientes Bauen und Sanieren lohnt sich dreifach: 1. Es wird weniger Energie verbraucht und damit das Klima geschont 2. Die Wirtschaft wird gestärkt 3. Besuchen Sie Objekte mit IQ
Bewohner von Passivhäusern öffnen vom 09. bis zum 11. November 2007 ihre Häuser. Hier können Sie diejenigen, die es aus eigener Erfahrung wissen, besuchen und befragen. Am Tag des Passivhauses können Interessierte die Vorzüge unmittelbar kennenlernen: Bauherren und Eigentümer von Passivhäusern ermöglichen Besuche in bewohnten Passivhäusern - überwiegend ganz normale private Wohnbauten. Aber auch Bürogebäude, Schulen und Kindergärten können besichtigt werden. Die Häuser sind von unterschiedlichen Architekten geplant und in verschiedenen Bauweisen errichtet. DIBt erteilt der Perimeter-Bodenwanne die Zulassung Z-23.34-1643
ISOQUICK erhält die Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung für eine lastabtragende Perimeter-Dämmung. Erstmals werden Dämmstärken bis 300 mm zugelassen! Erstmals wird zweilagige Verlegung zugelassen! Erstmals darf eine Dämmlage mit Schubspannungen belastet werden! Erstmals kein pauschaler U-Wert Zuschlag für EPS-Perimeterware!
